(1) Inspection by USDA, AMS, Fruit and Vegetable Division, Poultry Division or Dairy Division: When DD Form 250, Material Inspection Receiving Report (MIRR), is not used, the Contractor shall obtain official USDA inspection certificate, which shall: (i) Contain the following statement in the grade section of the certificate: (A) Supplies listed hereon conform to all quality requirements of the contract. (B) Container condition meets all requirements of the contract. (C) Visual examination indicates conformance to packaging, packing, unitization, labeling and marking requirements of the contract.
