Required Tests a. Pre-Employment Testing Prior to the first time an employee performs a safety-sensitive function for the District, the employee must receive a controlled substance test result indicating a verified negative test result. This test may be conducted by the District during the hiring process or before the employee begins to perform safety-sensitive functions.
Required Tests. Tests will be used when required by the Office of Personnel Management, U.S. Air Force or the Air Force Materiel Command. Tests required by the employer for effecting personnel actions shall meet Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines.

Required Tests i. Pre-Employment testing. Subject to San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12T, Contractor will conduct pre-employment Criminal Records checks for all guards assigned to this contract.
Required Tests i. All tests must be performed by an independent and certified third-party entity approved in writing by the Facility Manager. ii. Pre-Employment testing. Contractor will conduct pre-employment drug and alcohol tests for all guards assigned to this contract.
Required Tests. Visual and/or radiographic examination shall be made before destructive testing, and the test results must comply with API Standard 1104, Section 6.0 “Standards of Acceptability”. Test specimens for destructive testing, as described in API Standard 1104, shall be removed from each test weld. All tests shall be conducted in accordance with and meet the requirements of API Standard 1104.
Required Tests. The Employer shall provide a required description of alcohol and drug testing requirements to each covered employee which explains the requirements of the Federal regulations as they pertain to pre-employment testing, random testing, reasonable suspicion testing, post-accident testing, return to duty testing, and follow up testing.
Required Tests. The Corporation shall provide written material that includes a description of alcohol and drug tests required to each covered employee which explains the requirements of the Federal Regulations as they pertain to pre-employment testing, serious marine incident/post-accident testing, random testing, reasonable cause testing, return to duty testing and follow-up testing.

  • Inspection/Testing In order to assess Supplier’s work quality and/or compliance with this Order, upon reasonable notice by Buyer: (a) all goods, materials and services related to the items purchased hereunder, including, raw materials, components, assemblies, work in process, tools and end products shall be subject to inspection and testing by Buyer, its customer, representative or regulatory authorities at all places, including sites where the goods are made or located or the services are performed, whether at Supplier’s premises or elsewhere; and (b) all of Supplier’s facilities, books and records relating to this Order shall be subject to inspection by Buyer or its designee. If specific Buyer and/or Buyer’s customer tests, inspection and/or witness points are included in this Order, the goods shall not be shipped without an inspector’s release or a written waiver of test/inspection/witness with respect to each such point; however, Buyer shall not be permitted to unreasonably delay shipment; and Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing at least twenty (20) days prior to each of Supplier’s scheduled final and, if applicable, intermediate test/inspection/witness points. Supplier agrees to cooperate with such/audit inspection including, completing and returning questionnaires and making available its knowledgeable representatives. Buyer’s failure to inspect or test goods, materials or services or Buyer’s failure to reject or detect defects by inspection or testing shall not relieve Supplier from its warranty obligations or any of its other obligations or responsibilities under this Order. Supplier agrees to provide small business as well as minority and/or women owned business utilization and demographic data upon request.

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath-testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. A screening test will be conducted first. This initial screening may be accomplished using a saliva test kit. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02 percent, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 percent or more, a second confirmation test using the EBT will be conducted. The procedures that will be utilized by the lab for collection and testing of the specimen are attached hereto as Appendix A.
