RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Clause Samples

The RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT clause establishes the right or obligation to re-weigh goods or products after their initial weighing, typically during shipping, delivery, or receipt. In practice, this clause allows either party—often the buyer or seller—to request a re-weighing if there is a dispute or doubt about the original recorded weight, or if the goods have been in transit and may have lost or gained weight. This ensures that the final transaction is based on an accurate and mutually agreed-upon weight, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring fairness in pricing and delivery obligations.
