Standby Packages. Those packages that are not assigned a specific set of routes but are assigned time frames to be available for coverage of routes and/or packages, will be posted as a package with all available information and be bid on the designated bid date. Standby package drivers may have their hours floated as required for operational needs.

  • Standby Pay 19.01 When an Employee is designated to be immediately available to return to work during a period in which they are not on regular duty, the Employee shall be paid the amount of one-half (½) hours’ pay at their regular rate for each four (4) hours on standby or major portion thereof on a day that is not a paid holiday. For standby on a paid holiday, the payment shall be one (1) hours’ pay at the regular rate for each four (4) hours on standby or major portion thereof.

  • Standby Provisions (a) Where regular employees are required to standby to be called for duty under conditions which restrict their normal off-duty activities, they shall be compensated at straight-time in the proportion of one (1) hour's pay for each three (3) hours' standby. An employee designated for standby shall be immediately available for duty during the period of standby at a known telephone number. No standby payment shall be made if an employee is unable to be contacted or to report for duty when required. The provisions of this clause do not apply to part-time employees who are not assigned a regular working schedule and who are normally required to work whenever called.

  • Standby Time All standby time shall be considered as regular hours worked and shall be compensated on a straight time or overtime basis as are other hours worked under this Agreement.

  • Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.

  • Standby and Call In (a) An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby outside her or his regularly scheduled working hours shall receive standby pay in the amount of three dollars and thirty cents ($3.30) per hour for the period of standby scheduled by the Employer. Where such standby duty falls on a weekend or paid holiday, the employee shall receive standby pay in the amount of four dollars and ninety cents ($4.90) per hour. Standby pay shall, however, cease where the employee is called in to work.

  • Supplementary Card a card which is issued by the Bank to the client and/or other person nominated by the client and which is linked to the existing card account of the client;

  • Issue of supplementary card We may issue a supplementary card to a person nominated by the basic cardmember and approved by us as a supplementary cardmember, in which event this clause 11, in addition and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions of this agreement, applies. The basic cardmember acknowledges that we may, in our discretion, allow the supplementary cardmember to activate the digital version of his/her supplementary card, prior to receipt of the physical version of such supplementary card. The digital version of the supplementary card (comprising of the digital card credentials), may be used by the supplementary cardmember to perform transactions on the relevant supplementary card. In such event, both basic and supplementary cardholder will be liable for the transactions performed using the digital version of the supplementary card in accordance with this clause.
