Standardised annual leave. ‌ Those who are covered by the University’s teaching hours agreement have ‘standardised annual leave’. The current year’s annual leave is planned from the Monday after Midsummer. If there are reasons for doing so, part of the annual leave may be planned at a different time by agreement between the immediate manager and the employee. This should then be adjusted in the working hours planning.
