Stage Area. The stage, playing area, backstage, and aisles used by the cast shall be clean and maintained at a healthful and comfortable temperature during performances and rehearsals. These areas frequented by the cast shall be deep cleaned as is practical no less than once a year.

  • Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). As individual colleges and continuing education campuses expand and renovate existing facilities, they shall include adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans. Such work areas shall include at a minimum: a work station or table, a chair, a visitor’s chair, nearby access to a phone, nearby access to a computer with internet and District network access, nearby access to a printer, and campus access to a scanner. Individual colleges shall consider adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans.

  • Licensed Premises It is mutually agreed that upon the implementation of any changes in the Liquor Control Board Regulations governing licensed premises and if problems arise as a result of these changes, the Union and Employer will attempt to negotiate an agreement.

  • Sale Area When portions of the sale area become subject to a foreign or domestic governmental regulation or order that will likely prevent timber harvest for a period that will exceed the expiration date of this contract, and Purchaser has complied with this contract, the following shall apply:
