Special Paid Non-Duty Day. The Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving shall be designated as a paid non-duty day for classified employees so long as it remains a non-duty day for teachers.

Duty Day Duty Day shall mean a day included in the university calendar or individual faculty member's appointment on which a faculty member engages in duties as described in this Agreement.
Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount The Administrator will make and deduct the following payments from the Gross Settlement Amount, in the amounts specified by the Court in the Final Approval:
Payment Day Unless specified otherwise in the applicable Final Terms, if the due date for payment of any amount in respect of any Note or Coupon is not a Payment Day, the holder thereof shall not be entitled to payment until the next following Payment Day in the relevant place and shall not be entitled to further interest or other payment in respect of such delay. Settlement Amount If the Non-Defaulting Party has declared an Early Termination Date pursuant to Section 7.2(b), the Non-Defaulting Party shall have the right to (i) accelerate all amounts owing between the Defaulting Party and the Non-Defaulting Party and to liquidate and terminate the undertakings set forth in this Agreement as between the Defaulting Party and the Non-Defaulting Party; and (ii) withhold any payments due to the Defaulting Party under this Agreement pending payment of the Termination Payment. The Non-Defaulting Party will calculate, in a commercially reasonable manner, the Settlement Amount with respect to the Defaulting Party’s obligations under the Agreement and shall net the Settlement Amount in the manner provided for in Section 7.3(c).
REFERENCE CHECKS The contact person listed as a reference shall be someone who has personal knowledge of the Proposer’s performance during the referenced contract. Contact persons shall have been informed that they are being used as a reference and that the County may be contacting them. More than one person can be listed but all shall have knowledge of the project. DO NOT list principals or officers who will not be able to answer specific questions regarding the project. Failure of references listed to respond to the County’s inquiries may negatively impact the evaluation of the Proposal. The reference shall be the owner or a representative of the owner.
Dues Remittance The amounts deducted under Article 6.1(a) will be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month. The Employer will subtract any sum to be paid to charitable organizations prior to each monthly remittance to the Association. The Association will advise the Employer in writing one (1) month in advance of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Employer will inform the Association of the names and ranks of the Members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amounts so deducted from every Member's salary, on a monthly basis.
Historical Transaction Amounts For each of the two years ended 31 December 2021 and 2022 and the six months ended 30 June 2023, the historical transaction amounts paid by Poly Developments and Holdings Group to the Group in respect of property management services under the 2021-2023 Property Management Services Framework Agreements were RMB197.9 million, RMB202.5 million and RMB80.3 million, respectively.
Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
Allocation of Subordinate Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Senior Reduction Amount and the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Subordinate Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:
Union Dues Deduction The Company will deduct union dues from new employees who have worked a minimum of forty (40) hours.
