Common use of Special Leave - Birth Clause in Contracts

Special Leave - Birth. Where a Xxxxx's spouse gives birth to a child, the Nurse shall be granted special leave without loss of regular pay up to a maximum of sixteen (16) scheduled hours during the confinement of the mother. This leave may be divided into periods and granted on separate days.
