Source of Import. 3.1 All goods and related services to be supplied under the contract that are required to be imported in Pakistan shall have their origin in eligible source countries as prescribed by the commercial policies of the Federal Government of Pakistan and all expenditures made under the contract shall be limited to such goods and services.
