Some Methods of Resolution. Work conditions or other facility safety issues (e.g. security) which appear to be inconsistent with this principle may be brought to the attention of the area supervisor by any Employee; and if the supervisor is unable to resolve the problem, it may be submitted for investigation by the Facility Safety Committee and/or the Workplace Safety Committee. 178 D.   • Problem Resolution The parties will endeavour to resolve any problems identified with the operation of this Agreement as they arise.

  • Alternative Resolution Methods Any time during the grievance process, by mutual consent, the parties may use alternative methods to resolve the dispute. If the parties agree to use alternative methods, the time frames in this Article are suspended. If the selected alternative method does not result in a resolution, the Union may return to the grievance process and the time frames resume.
