Common use of Software – Future Releases Clause in Contracts

If improvement, upgraded, or enhancement versions of any software product under this Contract are developed by Contractor and are made available to other licensees, they shall be made available to County at County’s option, provided such versions are operable on the same computer hardware configuration.
