Small Necessities Leave Act. Section 1. Employees who are eligible for twenty-four (24) hours of unpaid leave pursuant to the Small Necessities Leave Act (Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 52D) must substitute any accrued paid personal leave for any of the leave provided under the Act.
