Sixth Year. A certificate of advanced graduate study or a sixth year professional diploma earned at an accredited college or university. Alternatively, teachers shall be placed on the sixth year salary schedule if they have completed thirty (30) hours of coursework beyond the master's degree in a planned program approved by the Superintendent of Schools.
