SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS - CONVENTIONAL SUBDIVISION. Where a proposed tentative tract map designates the use as a conventional subdivision, those development standards set forth for the low density area shall apply, except that the minimum lot size shall be 4,500 square feet and the minimum lot width shall be 40 feet, 50 feet for corner lots.
