Minimum Lot Size definition

Minimum Lot Size means the smallest allowable portion of a parcel determined to be usable for the proposed construction of facilities, according to applicable development standards.
Minimum Lot Size means the minimum quantity of each type of Product that may be manufactured at one time, as specified in Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Minimum Lot Size

Minimum Lot Size means the minimum or smallest amount of total lot area in a single ownership expressed in square feet necessary to satisfy the physical development standards defined in these regulations. The smallest allowable lot area may be less than the minimum site area density allowed in the prevailing zoning district where the dwelling units are to be designed and developed in a cluster site plan or in an attached or mixed use unit.
