Singular; Gender. All words importing the singular number include the plural and vice versa, and all words importing gender include the masculine, feminine and neuter genders.
Singular; Gender. Unless the content otherwise requires, whatever used in this Agreement, the singular shall also include the plural, the plural shall include the singular, and the masculine gender shall include the neuter and feminine gender, and vice versa.
