In the event that a nurse’s employment is voluntarily or involuntarily terminated prior to fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Sign-On Bonus agreement, the Medical Center may withhold the amount owed from the nurse’s PTO payout in accordance with the agreement and Alaska State Law.
