Sickness and Accident. 15.01 In the event that an employee is unable to work due to sickness or accident (excepting accidents occurring during performance of regular duties for which Workers' Compensation coverage is provided) the employee shall be reinstated at such time as the employee is able to return to work in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code.
