Sick Time, Longevity, Seniority Accrual. An employee does not accrue sick time, seniority, or longevity, for any year in which the employee is paid solely on sick time or the 12 FMLA days, i.e. the employee actually has to work sometime during the year to accrue sick time, seniority, or longevity.
