Sick Leave (Education. Code Section 88191) Every classified employee employed on a full-time basis shall be entitled to twelve (12) days’ leave of absence for illness or injury. A classified employee employed for a full workweek, but less than a full fiscal year, is entitled to that proportion of 12 days as the number of months he/she is employed bears to twelve (12).
