Common use of Sick Leave Credit Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Credit. All employees shall accumulate sick leave credits with pay on the basis of one and one-half (1 1/2) work days per month, cumulative up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty (150) days.

Sick Leave Credit. No sick leave credit shall be accrued by an employee during an unpaid leave of absence.
