Common use of Sick Leave Credit Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Credit. ▇▇▇▇ leave credit will not be allowed in advance of being earned or in anticipation of future credits. If an employee does not have sufficient sick leave credits, payroll deductions for the time lost shall be made for the pay period in which such absence occurred.
