Common use of Sick Leave and Gratuity Plan Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave and Gratuity Plan. (a) (i) After three (3) completed calendar months continuous service, Probationary and Permanent Employees shall be granted Sick Leave with pay on the basis of one and a half (1 1/2) days per month (maximum 18 working days per calendar year), cumulative to a maximum of 250 working days, retroactive to the first calendar month of employment. (Existing banked sick time grandfathered.)

Sick Leave and Gratuity Plan. (a) (i) After three (3) completed calendar months continuous service, Probationary and Permanent Employees shall be granted Sick Leave with pay on the basis of six (6) hours per month (maximum 9 working days per calendar year) for the first two (2) years of employment. Thereafter, accumulation will be on the basis of one and a half (1 1/2) days per month (maximum 18 working days per calendar year), cumulative to a maximum of 250 working days, retroactive to the first calendar month of employment. (Existing banked sick time grandfathered.)

(a) (i) After three (3) completed calendar months continuous the completion of six months' service, Probationary and Permanent Employees all employees covered by this Agreement shall be granted eligible for Sick Leave with pay on at the basis rate of one and a half (1 1/2) 1-2/3 days per for each month (maximum 18 working days per calendar year)worked, cumulative with any unused portion accruing in future years to a maximum of 250 working 261 days, retroactive to the first calendar month of employment. (Existing banked sick time grandfathered.)

(a) (i) After three (3) completed calendar months continuous the completion of six months' service, Probationary and Permanent Employees all employees covered by this Agreement shall be granted eligible for Sick Leave with pay on at the basis rate of one and a half (1 1/2) 12/3 days per for each month (maximum 18 working days per calendar year)worked, cumulative with any unused portion accruing in future years to a maximum of 250 working 261 days, retroactive to the first calendar month of employment. (Existing banked sick time grandfathered.)
