Common use of Short Term Disability Supplement Clause in Contracts

Short Term Disability Supplement. When a regular employee is unable to work due to illness, disability or quarantine, one hundred percent (100%) pay for a maximum of seven (7) working days’ absence in any one calendar year not covered by STD shall be received. Employees who use all or part of their seven (7) working days in a year shall have the entitlement reinstated the following year but there shall be no carry forward.
