SEVERABILITY OF EXCLUSIONS. For the purpose of determining the applicability of any Exclusion set forth in Section IV, the Wrongful Act or knowledge of any Insured Person shall not be imputed to any other Insured Person, and only the Wrongful Act or knowledge of the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of the Organization shall be imputed to such Organization.

SEVERABILITY OF EXCLUSIONS. With respect to the Exclusions herein, in order to determine if coverage is available:
