Severability of Agreement. Should any part of this Agreement for any reason be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion, which remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed with the invalid portion thereof eliminated, and it is hereby declared the intention of the parties that they would have executed the remaining portions of this Agreement without including any such part, parts or portions which may, for any reason, be hereafter declared invalid.
Severability of Agreement. In the event that any provision in this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from, and such invalidity or unenforceability shall not be construed to have any effect on, the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

If any provision or part thereof of this Agreement is stricken in accordance with the provisions of this section, then this stricken provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, with a legal, enforceable, and valid provision that is as similar in tenor to the stricken provision as is legally possible.

Severability of Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is vague or contradicts another provision in this Agreement, the remaining provisions of this Agreement nevertheless shall continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.

Severability of Agreement. If any aspect of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable it will not affect the validity of any other part of this Agreement. In such case this Agreement will be construed and enforced as if it did not contain the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision or part thereof.
