Severability
9.031. Statutory Compliance. The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right to make proposals on any subject within the scope of collective bargaining. The understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth herein, and the parties agree this Agreement constitutes the entire contract between them and settles all demands and issues on all matters within the scope of bargaining. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the written provisions of this Agreement, the Board has the sole and exclusive right to make all decisions relevant to the conduct and management of the school and adult service centers as prescribed by law. All prior negotiated agreements not contained herein, and all prior practices, rules, or regulations not contained herein shall not be binding upon the parties to this Agreement.
