Common use of Services, Reimbursement and Deductions Clause in Contracts

Services, Reimbursement and Deductions. 10.1.1 FIRM shall reimburse the TOWN for costs, damages and expenses, including attorney’s fees and expert’s fees, incurred by the TOWN when such costs, damages and expenses are the result of any error, omission or delay of, or failure to perform as required by the Agreement by FIRM or FIRM’s Consultants.
