Services Provided by ICC. (a) ICC will maintain and operate the ICare System and provide the Services (whether through its own resources or those of subcontractors). ICC is responsible for the hardware, operating system(s), applications, and HIE-side interfaces necessary to securely collect and exchange clinical and administrative information with Participant’s designated systems. Participant is responsible for Participant’s hardware, operating system(s), networks, applications and EHR-side interfaces to permit their designated systems to connect to the ICare System. Participant may be charged a one-time fee for establishing the interface(s) between Participant’s system(s) and the CDR or upgrades to established interfaces.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
