Designated Systems definition

Designated Systems means the computer hardware and operating system(s) of Customer on which the Software is loaded and operated, as authorized under this License Agreement and may be designated in the applicable Proposal.
Designated Systems means the Transferred Systems serving the communities identified in Schedule 1.1(a).
Designated Systems means the computer hardware and operating system(s) designated on the Order Form(s).

Examples of Designated Systems in a sentence

  • Seller represents that, as of the date of each invoice, (i) all RECs Delivered were generated by the Designated Systems; (ii) each Designated System qualifies as a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device and (iii) no substitution has occurred between the Size Classes.

  • All Product will be RECs generated from one of the Designated Systems.


More Definitions of Designated Systems

Designated Systems means the computer hardware, software, operating system and platforms or functional equivalents (i) owned or controlled by the Licensee; and (ii) identified in or conforming to the VQ platform specification.
Designated Systems means the computer hardware and operating systems specified in Schedule A, and all computer programs and routines incorporated therein, including, without limitation, Third Party Software.
Designated Systems means a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device selected through the RFP by the IPA for inclusion in this REC Contract. Seller represents that, as of the Effective Date, the sum of the individual nameplate capacity ratings (DC rating) of the Designated Systems is no less than 1,000 kW; provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, the sum of the individual nameplate capacity ratings (DC rating) of the Designated Systems may total less than 1,000 kW in the event that (i) the Delivery Year Quantities are reduced as contemplated in Section 4(b) or (ii) the IPA’s balance of residual RECs procured through the RFP among Buyer and Commonwealth Edison Company results in Seller’s collection of Designated Systems totaling less than 1,000 kW.
