Service Qualification. 3.1 To be eligible for the Service, you must meet the Service Qualification requirements (see clauses 3.3 to 3.15) before we can accept your Application. If you do not meet these requirements, you will not qualify for the Service. These requirements may change from time to time (we will notify you in accordance with clauses 1.3 to 1.8 of the General Terms).
