Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.14.1 Ohio County Networks must order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. Ohio County Networks may submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 2. Service orders will be in a standard format designated by BellSouth. 3.14.2 BellSouth messaging services set forth in BellSouth’s Messaging Service Re-Seller Information Package shall be made available for resale without the wholesale discount.
