Parity. When Mpower purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Mpower shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Mpower shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by end users and service quality as perceived by Mpower.
Parity. When <<customer_name>> purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to <<customer_name>> shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of <<customer_name>> shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by end users and service quality as perceived by <<customer_name>>.

When Al-Call purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Al-Call shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself. The provisioning intervals for network elements shall be at least equal to, but no longer than, those that BellSouth provides to itself. BellSouth shall make available network elements to Al-Call on the same terms and conditions as BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries, end-users and any other carriers. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Al-Call shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by end users and service quality as perceived by Al-Call.

When SouthEast purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to SouthEast shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of SouthEast shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by end users and service quality as perceived by SouthEast.
Parity. When The Phone Connection purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to End Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and End Users.
Parity. 10.1 The parties agree that in the event a salary (general base wage) increase is hereafter agreed to, granted or awarded to the members of the San Francisco Police Officers' Association which results in a disparity between the general base wage increase agreed to, granted or awarded to members of the San Francisco Police Officers’ Association and the general base wage increase of members of this bargaining unit, a salary (general base wage) increase shall be automatically implemented for the members of this bargaining unit in the amount necessary to maintain parity between the general base wage increases of members of the San Francisco Police Officers’ Association and the general base wage increases of members of this bargaining unit.

The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Xxxxx-4-U shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Xxxxx-4-U .

When Choice Telephone Company purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Choice Telephone Company shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Choice Telephone Company shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Choice Telephone Company.

When Symtelco purchases Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to End Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and End Users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Symtelco shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its Affiliates or any other Telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the network of BellSouth and the network of Symtelco shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s End Users and service quality as perceived by Symtelco.

When Southern Telecom purchases Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to End Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and End Users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Southern Telecom shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its Affiliates or any other Telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the network of BellSouth and the network of Southern Telecom shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s End Users and service quality as perceived by Southern Telecom.
