Parity Sample Clauses

Parity. When <<customer_name>> purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to <<customer_name>> shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of <<customer_name>> shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by end users and service quality as perceived by <<customer_name>>.
Parity. When Metro Teleconnect purchases Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to End Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to others, including its End Users.
Parity. When NOW purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users.
Parity. The services and service provisioning that BellSouth provides DIECA for resale will be at least equal in quality to that provided to BellSouth, or any BellSouth subsidiary, affiliate or end user. In connection with resale, BellSouth will provide DIECA with pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and trouble reporting, and daily usage data functionality that will enable DIECA to provide equivalent levels of customer service to its customers and end users as BellSouth provides to its own, customers and end users. BellSouth shall also provide DIECA with unbundled network elements, and access to those elements and pre-ordering information, that is at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides BellSouth, or any BellSouth subsidiary, affiliate or other telecommunications carrier. BellSouth will provide number portability to DIECA and their customers with minimum impairment of functionality, quality, reliability and convenience.
Parity. 11.1 The parties agree that in the event a salary (general base wage) increase is hereafter agreed to, granted or awarded to the members of the San Francisco Police Officers' Association which results in a disparity between the general base wage increase agreed to, granted or awarded to members of the San Francisco Police Officers’ Association and the general base wage increase of members of this bargaining unit, a salary (general base wage) increase shall be automatically implemented for the members of this bargaining unit in the amount necessary to maintain parity between the general base wage increases of members of the San Francisco Police Officers’ Association and the general base wage increases of members of this bargaining unit.

Similarly, to the extent that the Company waives the lock-up provisions in Section 4.3(a) of this Agreement with respect to any Existing Investor, such waiver in connection with the lock-up provisions shall automatically apply to all other Existing Investors on a pro rata basis.
Parity. 39.1 Notwithstanding any provision in the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding parity, the Union shall have no claim to parity as to health insurance plan design, dental insurance plan design, prescription drug plan design, co-share charges for health insurance, dental insurance, or vision care insurance, employee waiver payment, or wages, based on the terms of the collective bargaining agreements between the State and either the Howard Union of Teachers or the Rhode Island Troopers Association.
