Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.12.1 Image Access must order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. Image Access may submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 6. Service orders will be in a standard format designated by BellSouth.
Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.15.1 Easy Telephone must order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. BellSouth has developed and made available the interactive interfaces by which Easy Telephone may submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 2. Service orders will be in a standard format designated by BellSouth.
