Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.14.1 Universal Telecom, Incmust order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. Universal Telecom, Incmay submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 2. Service ordserwill be ina standard format designated by AT&T. 3.14.2 AT&Tmessaging services set forth in AT&T’s Messaging Service Re-Seller Information Package shall be made available for resale without the wholesale discount.
