Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.12.1 Syniverse must order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. Syniverse may submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 6. Service orders will be in a standard format designated by AT&T. 3.12.2 AT&T messaging services set forth inAT&T’s Messaging Service Re-Seller Information Package shall be made available for resale without the wholesale discount. 3.13 AT&T’s Inside Wire Maintenance Service Plan is available for resale at rates, terms and conditions as set forth by AT&T and without the wholesale discount.
