Service Liability. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.01(v), the Company (i) does not have any liability to any customer or client for any service provided by the Company prior to the date hereof, and (ii) does not have any material liability arising out of any services provided, and to the Company’s knowledge, no claims are pending with respect to any services provided, by or on behalf of the Company.
Service Liability. To the Sellers Knowledge, neither the Seller nor its Subsidiaries have any Liability (and there is no Basis for any present or future action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim, or demand against any of them giving rise to any Liability) arising out of any injury or damage to property as a result of the ownership, possession, or use of any services sold, provided, or delivered by the Seller or its Subsidiaries.
Service Liability. There is no action, suit, proceeding, inquiry or investigation by or before any court or governmental or other regulatory authority or administrative agency or commission pending or, to the Company's or COMARCO's knowledge, threatened against or involving the Company relating to any products sold or services performed by the Company relating to the Purchased Engineering Business and alleged to have been defective or improperly rendered or not in compliance with contractual requirements.

Except as set forth in Section 3.22 of the Company Schedule of Exceptions, the Company and its Subsidiaries (i) do not have any liability to any customer or client for any service provided by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries prior to the date hereof, and (ii) do not have any material liability arising out of any services provided, and to the Knowledge of the Company no claims are pending with respect to any services provided, by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Except as set forth in Section 4.22 of the Parent Schedule of Exceptions, the Parent and its Subsidiaries (i) do not have any liability to any customer or client for any service provided by the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries prior to the date hereof, and (ii) do not have any material liability arising out of any services provided, and to the Knowledge of the Parent no claims are pending with respect to any services provided, by or on behalf of the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

Service Liability. Any Liability of Seller arising out of or resulting from any services performed by Seller prior to the Closing Date for claims made for injury to person, damage to property or other damage (whether made in product or service liability, tort or otherwise).
