Service Engineer. Where a L.A.M.E. is required to travel as a service engineer on any aircraft, the following allowances and conditions shall apply: i) Payment shall be made at single time Monday to Friday and appropriate penalties for Saturday and Sunday and public holidays. In addition, where a L.A.M.E. works on a day on which he/she would have been rostered off, he/she shall be granted one day off without loss of pay for each such day on his/her return to home base.
