SERIALIZE definition

SERIALIZE means the process whereby the practice name is encoded into a unique, secret serial number which thereby limits the usage of the Software to that practice name and the operating system, version, number of Users, and Optional Modules set forth in the Serialization. The Serialization process is the sole property and trade secret of Licensor.
