Sequencing and Staging of Stage 2 Design-Build Work. The Design-Builder shall not be limited in the sequencing or staging of the Stage 2 Design-Build Work, except to the extent that the Contract Standards impose limitations. The City understands and acknowledges that the Design-Builder intends to complete the Stage 2 Design-Build Work in stages, whereby particular segments of the Stage 2 Design-Build Work will be designed and built prior to the completion of the design of the Project as a whole. Although this Design-Build Contract does not require the Design-Builder to fully complete the entire design of the Project prior to proceeding with particular segments of the Construction of the Project, the Design-Builder shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law in performing the Design-Build Work and shall further comply with the design submittal requirements set forth in Section 31.7.(C).

Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with the Subcontractor in scheduling the Subcontract Work and shall attempt, as reasonably possible, to avoid conflicts or interference with the Subcontract Work.
