Separability of Provisions. If for any reason any provision or provisions hereof which are not material to the purposes or business of the Limited Partnership or of the Unit Holders' Depositary Units are determined to be invalid and contrary to any existing or future law, such invalidity shall not impair the operation of or affect those portions of this Agreement that are valid.
