Seniority/Position Rights/Order of Seniority. The Employer shall determine the departments, the number of employees, the positions/classifications, including job status (full-time or part-time), to be affected by any reduction or abolishment (layoff). All layoffs shall occur based upon position/classification seniority in accordance with the seniority provisions contained in Article VI of the Master Agreement between the parties.

  • Transfer of Service and Seniority Effective October 10, 1986, and for employees who transfer subsequent to October 10, 1986, an employee whose status is changed from full-time to part- time shall receive credit for her full service and seniority.
