Seniority on Applying for Regular Positions. (a) Employees who have completed 210 working hours at straight time rates as outlined in Clause 29.02 (b) will be recognized as in-service applicants when applying for appointment to “regular” positions.

Seniority on Applying for Regular Positions. ‌ (a) Employees Temporary and casual employees who have completed 210 working worked 975 hours at straight time rates as outlined in Clause 29.02 (b) will be recognized as in-service applicants when applying for appointment to “regular” regular positions. (b) If the temporary or casual employee is hired into a regular position, their length of service as temporary or casual employee shall be recognized. Their total hours worked will be credited as seniority in accordance with Clause 28.2.
