Seniority and Service re Transfer Outside of the Bargaining Unit. An employee who accepts a promotion with the Employer to a permanent position outside the bargaining unit and who is returned within six (6) months to the bargaining unit shall be given credit for all seniority and service accrued in the bargaining unit prior to the promotion. Should the employee return to the bargaining unit within this timeframe, all other employee(s) shall revert to their previous positions and employees newly hired to replace either the employee transferring out of the bargaining unit or an employee transferred as a result of the employee transfer out of the bargaining unit will be released.
