Senior Administration Officer. The duties of the Senior Administration Officer shall include the duties of the Administration Officer and shall include, but shall not be limited to carrying out general office administration duties including applying computer software packages as required by the Employer; preparing cash payment summaries, banking report and bank statements, calculating and maintaining wage and salary records; following credit referral procedures; applying purchasing and inventory control requirements and stock control; overseeing payments as required; posting journals to ledger etc; providing detailed advice and information on the employer’s services; responding to client/public/supplier problems within own functional area and utilising a high degree of interpersonal skills. This employee is directly answerable to the Hotel General Manager to who he/she must refer serious hotel issues.
