Section 16.2.3. Step 3. 2 If no settlement has been reached within the fifteen (15) working days referred to in the 3 preceding subsection, and the Association believes the grievance to be valid, a written 4 statement of grievance shall be submitted within fifteen (15) working days to the District 7 indicating on the statement of grievance the disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made, all 8 parties to the grievance shall sign it.

Step 3. 2 16 If no settlement has been reached within the fifteen five (155) working days referred to in the 3 preceding subsection, 17 and the Association believes the grievance to be valid, a written 4 statement of grievance shall be 18 submitted within fifteen (15) working days workdays to the District 7 Superintendent or the Superintendent's 19 designee. After such submission, the parties will have ten (10) workdays from submission of the 20 written statement of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the statement of grievance the 21 disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made, all 8 parties to the grievance shall sign it.
