Secondary Hearing. 39 If not satisfactorily settled, the General Chair or his/her 40 designee may appeal for consideration to the appropriate Company 41 officer, or his/her designee, for review within twenty (20) calendar 42 days of the date of the decision rendered in paragraph D.2. above.
