Second Construction Performance Bond. Following attainment of Substantial Construction, the Concessionaire shall provide a Second Construction Performance Bond in an amount in NIS equivalent to $3 million, in the form attached to this Agreement as Annex O. The Second Construction Performance Bond will be valid until the issuance of a Permit to Operate.
