CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE CONTRACTOR must possess at the time of commencing work and throughout the Project duration, a Contractor’s License, issued by the State of California, which is current and in good standing. PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. Any federal or State determination of a violation of any public works law or regulation, or labor law or regulation, or any OSHA violation deemed "serious or willful" may be grounds for a determination of vendor non-responsibility and rejection of proposal. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.
DRIVERS LICENCE You must carry your Driver Licence and/or the copy of your English Translation on you at all times while driving. Please also keep a copy of your Rental Agreement in the vehicle at all times.
Permits, Licenses, and Safety PURCHASER shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges and fees, and give all notices necessary and incident to the due and lawful prosecution of the operations. STATE may at any time require PURCHASER to satisfy STATE that operations under this contract comply with state, federal, and local laws and regulations. STATE may require PURCHASER to obtain a permit, license, or approval from the governmental body or agency responsible for administering applicable laws before PURCHASER may begin or continue an operation under this contract. In the performance of the operations, PURCHASER shall use every reasonable and practicable means to avoid damage to property and injury to persons. The responsibility of PURCHASER stated herein shall cease upon the operations being accepted as complete by STATE.
Building Permits All building permits required for the construction of the Improvements have been obtained prior to the commencement of the construction of the Improvements and copies of same will be delivered to Lessor.
Commercial Driver’s License As a result of recent Federal statutory requirements, the State of Michigan enacted Act 346 of 1988. The parties agree that as a result of these statutory requirements some employees within the Technical Bargaining Unit may be required to obtain and retain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) to continue to perform certain duties for the State. Whenever a CDL is referred to in this Section, it is understood to mean the CDL and any required endorsements. In order to implement this provision, the parties agree to the following:
Driver’s License Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by his or her state of domicile or the State of Employment hereunder and a driver's permit issued by the Company whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business. Executive agrees to immediately notify Company in writing if Executive's driver's license is lost, expired, restricted, suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever.
Permits/Licenses Contractor and all Contractor’s employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force all permits and licenses that are required by law in connection with the furnishing of Services pursuant to this Agreement.
LICENSING AND PERMITS The Contractor shall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the life of this Contract. Contractor shall also obtain any and all permits which might be required by the work to be performed herein.
