Common use of Scholarship Program Clause in Contracts

Scholarship Program. A leave of absence will be granted upon request of up to one (1) year (unless otherwise provided by law) without pay to a tenured teacher to participate in a Foreign Exchange Teaching Program under the Fulbright Act or any similar program.
